Zoning Resolution

In 1964, Braceville Township assumed the responsibility for administering its own planning and zoning functions as provided for in the Ohio Revised Code. The Township Trustees appointed a Zoning Commission and the first Zoning Resolution was adopted. In 2013 the Zoning Resolution underwent a major overhaul and was amended again in 2023 to address exotic animals.
