NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL UNNEEDED, OBSOLETE OR UNFIT FOR USE TOWNSHIP PERSONAL PROPERTY BY INTERNET AUCTION

Be advised that on the 2nd day of January, 2024, the Board of Trustees of Braceville Township adopted a Resolution expressing its intent to sell unneeded, obsolete or unfit for use Township personal property by internet auction.  The Township shall contract with GovDeals, Inc. to act as its representative for the purpose of disposing of said property through the www.GOVDEALS.com website. All such property shall be offered for sale pursuant to the Braceville Township, Trumbull County, Ohio’s “On-line Sales – Terms and Conditions” and shall be sold on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis.  All items will be available to the public on GOVDEALS.com for a minimum of ten (10) days.

This notice will be posted on the Braceville Township webpage (http://www.bracevilletownship.com/notice). A complete copy of Resolution 24-01-17 and the “Online Sales – Terms and Conditions” will be available for inspection at the office of the Fiscal Officer for Braceville Township, 800 Braceville Robinson Road, Newton Falls, Ohio 44444, by appointment only 330-872-0085.
